By accessing and using SmashRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

SmashRank is an online platform that allows users to participate in video game competitions, record results, track their progress and rankings, and connect with other players.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Registration

To use certain features of SmashRank, you must register and create an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. User Conduct

As a SmashRank user, you agree to:

• Not cheat or manipulate match results
• Not harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Not use abusive, offensive or inappropriate language
• Not impersonate other persons or entities
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site
• Not interfere with other users' experience

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these terms.

5. Ranking System

SmashRank's ranking system is designed to be fair and accurate, but we do not guarantee its perfection. Ranking algorithms may be modified at any time to improve system fairness and accuracy.

Users who deliberately manipulate the ranking system will be penalized, which may include loss of points, temporary suspension or permanent account deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality on SmashRank, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by SmashRank or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use any SmashRank material for commercial purposes without first obtaining written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmashRank is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In no event shall SmashRank, its administrators, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the site. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.

Continued use of SmashRank after posting changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. To do so, go to your profile settings and select the "Delete account" option.

We reserve the right to cancel your account for violation of these terms or prolonged inactivity.

10. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.
